Professional Affiliations

Established in 1968, Boldt, Carlisle & Smith was one of the first firms in Oregon to become a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).  In a required peer review by the AICPA, we received an “unqualified opinion”, which is the highest report issued by the AICPA.  We are also a member of the OSCPA (Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants).
