As you may already know, our offices are closed to the public. However, our phones are on, e-mail is humming, and we continue to operate at full capacity. Our staff is continuing to be productive working remotely. We anticipate working 40-hour weeks through the new IRS tax filing and payment deadline of July 15. As previously stated, clients can provide their tax source documents digitally using our secure portal or electronic organizer option, Tax Caddy. Of course, you are always able to provide them via the US Postal Service. Whatever method you choose, we want to encourage you to provide your data to us as soon as you are able. This is especially important if you anticipate a tax refund this year. Naturally, the sooner you provide your information, the sooner you will receive your tax refund.
Some of you may also be experiencing difficulties with emergency payroll or accounting needs. Our Client Accounting Services (CAS) department is available to help.
Finally, when the pending Federal legislation is passed, we will provide all the details concerning potential tax credits, assistance to employees, state tax deadlines when different from the IRS, and other pertinent facts to help you get through the COVID-19 adventure.
Bottom line: our doors our closed to the public but we are open for BUSINESS UNUSUAL!
Thanks for your continued confidence in us.
