In addition to becoming a partner of BCS, Gienger has been selected by the firm’s owners as its Managing Partner. He first started with the firm in 1997 after completing his degree in Accounting at Linfield College. After a number of years with Allied Waste of North America as a Division Controller, Gienger returned to Boldt Carlisle + Smith’s Salem office in 2006. He consults for and represents franchised refuse and recycling companies throughout the Willamette Valley. He also prepares and reviews income tax returns for individuals and businesses, and manages the Employee Benefit Plan Audit practice group.
Neill is welcomed as the firm’s Administrative Partner. Since 1998, he has managed the firm’s information technology work and provided IT support to clients. Neill has 25 years of experience in computer and network support for various companies, including network technology planning and upgrades, hardware and software installation and maintenance, and security. Neill’s education includes an AA in Electronics Engineering Technology and numerous industry-specific classes related to network computing. He is a Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE).
